- Present in person a photo ID and a valid NJ Firearms ID Card.
- Complete a membership application form. Download: Application Waiver Rules
- Pay a one-time, non-refundable fee of $500. This includes application, initiation and assessment fees.
- Pay an annual membership fee of $175 which is pro-rated for new members only. NJ State Sales Tax is collected on initiation fees and dues.
- Once the application is accepted. The applicant must attend and complete an orientation and safety course. This must be done before any applicant can use the club range. At this point the applicant is eligible to become a probationary member.
- After one year of probationary membership, the applicant will be voted upon at a regular club meeting to become a full member.

Orientation and safety training for new members is held on Sunday mornings at 9:00AM.
Range Qualification - Submit one of the following:

Submittal of a Police “L” target with 20 Rounds pasted out of 20 Shots.
- Submittal of a certificate from an NRA basic pistol course.
- Submittal of a shooting sports rating card.
- Submittal of an NRA basic pistol instructor card.
- Submittal of a Law Enforcement ID.

Immediate Family of Qualified Member – Spouse and Children 10 to 18 Years: Free

Family of Qualified Member – All Other Family and Children 18 Years and Older: $20

Guest of Qualified Member: $20

All Guests must be supervised by a qualified member on the range and must shoot at the same port as the sponsoring member.

Children under 18 Years must be under the legal guardianship of the qualified member and may only shoot a .22 caliber rifle or pistol.

No Children under 10 Years may be on the range.

Please Note: There is no commercial operation allowed at the TRPC range due to our not for profit tax exempt 501c(7) status. Members are prohibited from bringing a guest to the range for individual training or any other purpose for profit.
